Our certified notaries arrive prepared, punctual, and professional, ensuring every signing is handled with integrity and care. Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 23 October 2025 At Native Valor Notary, we value your time and strive to make every signing professional, punctual, and stress-free. Please review our brief booking guidelines below: Appointments All appointments must be confirmed in advance and include accurate contact details and document information. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of notarization (or verified digitally for Remote Online Notarization). Payments Payment is due at booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit/debit cards and approved digital payment methods. Travel fees for mobile services are due in advance and are non-refundable once travel begins. Cancellations Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows are charged the full service amount. Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may require rescheduling. Refunds Completed notarizations are non-refundable. Refunds are issued only for duplicate payments, advance cancellations (24+ hours), or notary errors. See our full Refund Policy for details. Service Refusal Service may be declined if proper ID cannot be verified, the signer is unwilling or unaware, or if safety or legal concerns arise. Remote Online Notarization Clients must have reliable internet and a valid ID. Technical issues caused by the client’s equipment are not refundable but may be rescheduled once as a courtesy.
