Native Valor Notary provides notarial services in compliance with all applicable state laws, including in-person, mobile, and remote online notarization (RON).

These Terms apply to all users of this website and clients who use our notary services, whether through in-person appointments, mobile visits, or online platforms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
3. Services Provided
Native Valor Notary offers the following services:

Each service requires proper identification and compliance with applicable notary laws. We reserve the right to refuse service if identification cannot be verified or if the signer appears unwilling, unaware, or unable to sign.
4. Fees and Payments
All fees for services are displayed or disclosed prior to scheduling.Payment is required at or before the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Additional travel fees may apply for mobile notarizations outside of standard service areas.
We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards, digital payments, or other approved methods.
Payments made for completed services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Missed appointments without prior notice may incur full service charges.
6. Identification and Verification

To comply with notarial law, all signers must provide a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of notarization.
For Remote Online Notarizations, identity verification is conducted through approved electronic ID and credential analysis systems.
We reserve the right to decline service if proper identification cannot be verified or if fraud is suspected.
7. Confidentiality and Recordkeeping
We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of all documents and information handled during the notarization process.
All records, logs, and recordings are securely stored and retained in compliance with state law.

8. Limitations of Service
Notaries at Native Valor Notary are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or interpret the contents of any document.
Our role is limited to verifying identity, witnessing signatures, and administering oaths or affirmations as required by law.
If you have questions regarding the legality or effect of a document, please consult a licensed attorney.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Native Valor Notary and its representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific notarial service.
